Shipping & Returns

We offer Free Shipping within United States on orders over $25. 

After the payment is received your order will typically ship your within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, as well as the unforeseen severe weather conditions.

Proper packaging provided to ensure that your purchase arrives undamaged.

Processing time does not include ship time. Guaranteed dates are for shipping date only, not a guarantee of delivery. Keedzoo will not be held responsible for delays in transit times once your order has been shipped. Tracking information is not always updated in timely manner. At times it might not be updated until the order is delivered.

Domestic Orders:
Delivery time is usually about 2-7 days depending on a shipping method you choose and your location.

International Orders:
Delivery time varies based on your location, but can take up to 5 weeks to receive. Items will not be re-shipped until 30 days after the original item was shipped.

Customs Fees:
International shipments may be charged fees. Customers are responsible for all additional import, customs and any other fees assessed by their country. We advise you to research the costs prior to placing your order.


Refunds and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please notify us within 7 days if you are not satisfied for any reason. Keedzoo welcomes you to return the items within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unworn and in its original condition with original tags attached. We will begin to process a refund (minus the shipping fee) once the item(s) are received. To return item(s), please email us at keedzoo@gmail.com and we will provide details on how to return the item to us.

Please note, customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns of online purchases unless the item is defective or other issues occur for which Keedzoo is at fault.
